Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. Rates subject to change. Less than weekly rentals generally available only in non peak seasons.
Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy: To confirm your reservation a deposit of 20% or $300. which ever greater is required, payable by credit card or check. The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more).
Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the island). Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $38.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation.
Optional cancellation insurance, airline reservations, and car rentals are available through our rental agency.
