Spanning across 33 acres, Sundial is a world-class resort offering the following for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation: Procedure for Out of Program Owners and Guests
Upon arrival at the Resort the Out of Program Owner or Guest should approach our Front Desk and take the following steps:
• Identify that they are Out of Program Owner/Guest and which agency they are registered with.
• Agent will advise fee of $25/day/adult for entire stay. (Everyone over 18 years of age is considered an adult)
• A confirmation of length of stay and Sundial unit number will be requested from Out of Program Guest.
• A valid Credit Card and ID will be requested.
If paying by cash the same procedure for ID will be followed
• An immediate charge will be processed on the credit card for the amenity package plus authorization for an additional $100 in the event the guest would like to shop at Resort stores, enjoy a meal at Resort restaurants, or utilize Recreation Programs.
• A membership registration along with amenity cards will be printed and will need to be signed by the Out of Program Owner or Guest.
• Prior to entry to the pool deck or Recreation Area the Out of Program Owner or Guest will be approached by a Pool Ambassador and asked to present a valid Amenity Card issued by Sundial.
CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ANYWHERE ON THE RESORT EXCEPT AT FRONT DESK FOR PAYMENT OF AMENITY ACCESS
