Rates

Peak Season: $1,750. weekly
(February thru Easter week plus Christmas and New Years weeks)

Shoulder Season: $1,200. weekly
(January except for New Years week and 2 weeks after Easter)

Off-Peak Season: $725. weekly
(3rd week after Easter to week before Christmas except Thanksgiving)

Thanksgiving: $1,075. weekly

All rental rates above are subject to an additional 11% Florida tax, reservation fee $38. and 2.5% security deposit waiver fee.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM

To confirm your reservation a deposit of 20% or $300. (which ever is greater) + the reservation fee is required, payable by credit card or check (10% of total rate for bookings of 4 weeks or more). The balance is due by check, 30 days prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more). Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the Island).

Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $50. cancelation. Any notice of less than 90 days will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation. Optional cancelation insurance, airline reservations, and car rentals are available through our rental agency.
